How long does a whole-home remodel take?
Most run 14–22 weeks of construction, plus about three weeks of design and four to eight weeks of permitting before that. Plan on six to nine months from first call to moving back in.
Do we have to move out?
For whole-home work, usually yes, typically by week three or four. We help you plan the timing around it.
How are change orders handled?
Our contracts are fixed-price, so the number we quote is the number you pay unless you request a scope change. If you do, we price it transparently before any work starts.
Who's our point of contact during the build?
One named project manager from day one through the final walk-through, with weekly photo updates.
