Permits
We handle Sacramento County and city permits. Four to eight weeks for moderate scope.
Build
A named project manager is on site from day one. Weekly photo updates by text.
Walk-through
Final walk-through with a punch list. We close every item before final payment.
Hand off
We hand you the keys. If anything comes up afterward, we come back.
